D365: Bulk upload of image

                                    Part one :Export file 

• Data management > Export 

• Add entity > above e.g. Released product document attachments

• Click on add >  Click Export Now

• Download package : 

• zip file: above e.g : {37BCF767-AAA9-4EA9-A96E-EE4433C807C0}.zip

• Zip file: contains above files 

• Open excel file and enter fields > close and save 

•

  Open Zip file > Resources folder > Released product document attachment folder

•

  Save image in this folder 

  
  

  
  

  
  

  Part two : Import file 

  
  

  

  • Data management > Import 

  
  

  

  • Group name> description 
  •         Add file > Released product document Attachments

• Click upload > add saved zip file 
• Source data format > Package 
• Click Import 

Status > Succeeded

Check image >
